This isn’t a traditional Internal Sales role. You will be contacting prequalified leads to follow up on registered interest for their fantastic services.

So what does the role involve?
You will be working amongst the internal sales team converting warm leads and closing prospective customers into sales with uncapped commission
Management and retention of existing relationships – follow up communication and use of all sales mediums
Plan and organise daily to ensure that all calls are properly logged ready for follow up, and that a weekly sales plan with priorities, goals and achievements can then be formulated
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business, its benefits and able to relay this to each prospective customer
Maximise sales potential by contacting customers on various channels
Liaising with the Field Sales Team for any potential leads and using initiative to complete the sales process
Provide advice and guidance to customers in the correct selection of products or services for projects
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape familiarising your self with alternative products in order to allow you to become an expert in your field
Accurate and timely upkeep of any specified internal systems
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders effectively
What sort of person are we looking for?
You will have some sales experience ideally within telesales
Skills in rapport building and objection handling
Passion for delivering excellent customer service within a target driven environment
Ability to engage with internal and external customers alike
Attitude is everything, the more you put in, the more you will get out
You will be self-motivated and full of ambition with a strong personality that will appeal to a full cross section of customers
Ability to adapt your style in an ever-changing sales field
Motivated to achieve targets with uncapped commission
Desire to progress within an exciting organisation destined to make a major impact in the broadband industry

This role offers an uncapped commission structure with a competitive base salary.
The 4th Utility are an independent broadband ISP, supplying ground-breaking connectivity to homes and businesses across the UK via their own fibre optic network. The business partners with residential and commercial landlords, property developers and house builders to install and upgrade their properties with state-of-the-art fibre to the premises.
Following a significant multi-million-pound investment, they are now implementing exponential growth plans and invite dedicated and passionate Sales professionals to join their internal sales team in their Hale office. This role offers a base salary of £20,000 - £23,000 DOE. And £30,000 - £35,000 OTE
